Unknown designer but in the style of Arne Vodder or Finn Juhl. George Tanner was one of the leading figures importing the best of Danish modern furniture into the USA. Very high quality table, overall very good construction. Beautiful tapered legs, raised lip edge, and gorgeous wood grain. George Tanner brand mark incised into underside of top as well as a Danish control tag. This is the perfect table for a large space. Papa Bear Chair for comparison purposes.
